HOTEL SAFFRON SUITES: NIHARIKA TIU

 


All decked up to rate the day and everything in it. Firstly, rating myself 11/10. My mood 11/10. Moving with excitement and nervousness as everything has its first, so here goes mine of blogging and vlogging. Puzzled, figuring things out and here we go. Reached the destination HOTEL SAFFRON SUITES. 



Moving closure we have the banner of Hotel Saffron Suites with bit information of the facilities it serves us. Pathway leading to porch is embellished with lights and plantation on both side and yaa a swing under the mango tree complete serenity. It has added much of greenery to the place. The Hotel Saffron Suite looked wow at night garnished with lights.



 

Pushing the door- guard of mansion. It has lounge area on both side. Just beside the door is a chair swing utterly compelling to click a picture. A reception, with helpful staff, looped stairs, and a elevator to lift you to the luxurious rooms. Not bothering that area, I went straight up to the restuarant. Restaurant is of brown shaded, dim lights, and filled with soft music. Walls are decorated with some false hanging leaves and  wall paintings. Fully air-conditioned making more cosy and chilly surrounding. 









The staffs were welcoming, seated me and my accompanies well, provided us water and off course their menu. We groped the menu and ordered some starer, namely, Chana Chilli, Babycorn Chilli, and Chicken Lollipop. Okay, writing names their names is watering my mouth. Back to track. Had crunchy and tangy starter. Next we ordered, main course, namely, Butter Naan, Veg Rice, Veg Manchurian, Butter Chicken. So, lost in food that I didn't take much videos and photos. 


















Overall, things were lining up. Keeping my mood good. Staffs are so assiting. Ending the beautiful evening with beverages Fresh Lime Soda and Mojito. Next came up the bill and a feedback sheet. Debited around 1500/- for 9 items. Only disappointment was that they charge for water. And yaa I came back home with packed stomach and had great time and slept well.

Food: 8/10

Hospitality: 10/10

BLACK BRICK CAFE When it comes to food, I’d like to call myself an explorer. Discovering new places to sit down and have a bite has always been exciting for me. Hence, I thought about dropping by this cafe in South Calcutta, on a Sunday evening with a couple of my friends.  Hungry, totally bugged into the place and well, ordered some of it's best! The chef had already recommended, the most special sizzler and OH MY GOD it tasted the best. I also ordered the Blue Lagoon cooler along with it, which was incredibly refreshing. The sizzler was priced at ₹390 while the cooler was about ₹200.  Also ordered the large Margherita pizza, which was priced at ₹420 and ended up ordering the blueberry cheesecake, worth ₹300 along with it!
